Chris is a true adventurer and pirate at heart. Always up for any creative ideas, he’s known for his spontaneity and love for surprises. He´s the founder of Ocean Ad-Ventures and the most experienced Skipper in our Team. His vision and leadership make him the cornerstone of our Crew, always ready to explore uncharted waters and join you on a swashbuckling adventure.  

Jana is our Swiss Army knife in the Team. A true Allrounder. She´s  managing the Food & Beverage Section of our cruises as well as all shore operations. She will make sure that once you´re on Board, nothing is left to chance. She´s  an experienced Kite and Wingfoil Instructor and sailed more than 10000 miles on Board our Yachts. Most importantly though, she is that  one person who radiates positivity, the one whose energy lights up the room as soon as she walks in. A constant source of motivation and enthusiasm. 

Alex sailed with his own Yacht from France to the Caribbean and has joined the Ocean Ad-Ventures Crew to share his passion for sailing, Kitesurfing and exploring, with our guest. Alex is french, speaks perfect english and a little spanish. He knows the area and the local wind conditions well and will be able to choose the best Kitesurf or Wingfoil spot on a daily basis. His relaxed, friendly and professional attitude, in combination with thousands of miles of experience as a Skipper makes him a great Crew Member.  

After spending a season of being the Lead Flotilla Skipper for a big Charter company in Croatia, there is probably nothing which can really stress Alexis anymore. As a passionate Kitesurfer, Alexis decided that it might be a good change, to rather look after Kitesurfers during a Cruise, than herding a bunch of wannabe Yacht Captains. Her relaxed and humorous nature makes her a great addition to our team. Oh – and besides her sailing skills, she is an amazing Chef. Taking care that you will enjoy healthy and fresh food on your trip everyday.

Born and raised in Tarifa, Spain, where the wind never rests, Bruno brings the energy of one of the world’s top kitesurfing and wingfoiling spots straight to the Caribbean. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, has taught hundreds of people to kite and wing around the globe. Last year he crossed the Atlantic on a sailing yacht, and now he’s our new skipper who’ll take your adventure to the next level.

Since 2023 Marvin is skippering our Yachts in different locations in the Caribbean. He has a deep knowledge of sailing and a natural flair for leadership.  Marvin’s fun-loving personality and infectious sense of humor create a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere on board, making guests feel instantly at ease. Furthermore, Marvin is an experienced Kitesurf and Wingfoil Instructor and always happy to share tips and tricks with you.

Anais joined the Ocean Ad-Venture Crew as a Chef, after 10 years of professionally working as a Chef in the Yachting Industry on numerous different Yachts. Her skill of creating amazing meals, despite the often limited availability of supplies is outstanding. Anais is french, speaks very good english and her positive, friendly attitude makes her a great addition to our Crew.
